Become a member of the VIP Account
To become a member of the VIP Account, please register your new account at Excel Chauffeurs and send an email request to obtain access to the VIP Account. A fee will be payable for this service. The VIP Account assigned to you will be linked to your name and is strictly non-transferable. This security measure is in place to prevent unauthorized use of your account and to safeguard against any fraudulent bookings made using your credit. However, you are permitted to make bookings on behalf of others using your VIP Account. This allows you to conveniently arrange chauffeur services for family members, friends, staff, or colleagues while ensuring the security and integrity of your VIP membership.
The VIP Account membership fee is £40 per month with monthly payment or £25 per month, with a one-time payment option available for the full year, totalling £300 (non-refundable)**. As a VIP Account holder, in return for the fee (only for one-time payment for 1 year), you will receive 12 vouchers valued at £25 each. For monthly payments, you will receive a £25 voucher every month. These vouchers can be utilized by yourself, your family members, friends, or staff members. They provide a convenient way to enjoy our services at a discounted rate. These vouchers can only be used within the first 90 days starting from the 1st day when your VIP Account was activated. Please be aware that your vouchers will expire after a period of 90 days. Kindly ensure to utilize them within this timeframe to avoid any inconvenience.
Please note, while you can use your vouchers when booking with your VIP Account, the value of these vouchers will not be counted towards the promotional requirement. For example, if you have a balance of £5,500 and use a £25 voucher on a £100 trip, only £75 will be subtracted from your balance for the promotional spend calculation. Each voucher must be used individually and cannot be combined with any other voucher, discounts, or promotions.
Understanding Your Prepaid Credit & Bonus Usage:
1. Prepaid Credit: You have 90 days to spend the full amount of your prepaid credit including the bonus. If not spent within this period, all the credit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
2. Monthly Spending: There’s no minimum spending required each month, providing you with the flexibility to manage your trips according to your needs.
Please be aware that if your spending exceeds £5,500 (including the bonus) within a 90-day period, and your remaining balance falls to 10% or below, we will reach out to you via phone or email to discuss recharging your account. If you decide against recharging, please note that you will not be able to make further bookings without upfront payments once your balance is exhausted. However, you can continue to enjoy the benefits until the end of your current 90-day period. When you make an additional deposit of £5,000 within a 90-day period, you will receive a new bonus of £500, and your 90-day countdown will restart from the day of this new deposit.
The VIP Account must be renewed monthly or annually to continue enjoying our membership benefits and promotions.
Excel Chauffeurs: Pass It On – Referral Rewards To ensure you receive your Voucher and your friend benefits from the discount on their first trip, kindly make sure:
- When your friend makes their booking, they must use your referral unique code.
- Upon completing their first trip, you will be eligible for your Voucher.
Please note: The Referral Voucher must be used within 90 days from the date of receipt.
Soft & Alcoholic Drinks – Complimentary Alcoholic Drinks:
Excel Chauffeurs provides complimentary alcoholic drinks (like a bottle of Champagne) as a gesture of appreciation to our valued/membership clients. Passengers consuming these beverages do so at their own risk. Excel Chauffeurs shall not be liable for any mishaps, accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the consumption of these drinks. It is the responsibility of passengers to consume alcohol responsibly. If a passenger is deemed to be intoxicated, our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service, and Excel Chauffeurs will not be held responsible for any subsequent damages or liabilities arising from such refusal.
Our complimentary alcoholic drinks include a full-sized bottle, such as a bottle of Champagne (75cl/750ml) of MOËT & CHANDON or a similar brand. Our complimentary soft drinks include a selection of Coca Cola, Fanta, or Red Bull, subject to availability. At least one type of these soft drinks will be provided, and you can request your preference in advance if desired (excluding alcoholic drinks). Additionally, we offer complimentary bottles of water. Please note that our beverage options may vary based on availability, ensuring a refreshing experience for your journey. There is no limit to complimentary bottles of water and soft drinks.
All-Day bookings refer to a minimum of 8 hours of booking per day (Daily Hire). Please note that our complimentary bottle of Champagne is available for bookings made at least 24 hours in advance. We are unable to guarantee the availability of Champagne if the booking is made less than 24 hours in advance.
Important Note: Excel Chauffeurs does not hold a license to sell alcoholic beverages. The complimentary bottle of Champagne MOËT & CHANDON, or a similar brand or any other alcoholic drink, offered with All Day bookings is a gesture of our appreciation and is not sold to customers. It’s our way to reward and celebrate with our valued clientele. Ensure that all recipients of alcoholic rewards are of legal drinking age in accordance with local regulations.
Vehicle Upgrades: Vehicle upgrades will be offered at the discretion of Excel Chauffeurs, and we guarantee a minimum of one upgrade per month. Guaranteed upgrade vehicles can also be made upon request. Please note that the specific vehicle upgrade options may vary based on availability and other factors.
The following upgrade options apply:
Executive Saloon can be upgraded to First Class Saloon – Up To 5 Years
On Demand – only maximum 1 time per month for maximum 100 miles One Way service or By The Hour for maximum 6hrs.
First Class Saloon – Up To 5 Years can be upgraded to First Class Saloon – Up To 3 Years
On Demand – only maximum 1 time per month for maximum 100 miles One Way service or By The Hour for maximum 6hrs.
First Class Saloon – Up To 3 Years can be upgraded to Luxury SUV
On Demand – only maximum 1 time per month for maximum 100 miles One Way service or By The Hour for maximum 6hrs.
Luxury SUV can be upgraded to VIP MPV
On Demand – only maximum 1 time per month for maximum 100 miles One Way service or By The Hour for maximum 6hrs.
Please note that it is not possible to order an Executive Saloon and request a First Class Saloon – Up To 3 Years or higher category, as upgrades are limited to specific vehicle categories.
For vehicle upgrades, please note that the booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We are unable to guarantee the availability of an upgrade if the booking is made less than 24 hours in advance. However, we always strive to accommodate your preferences and provide you with the best possible transportation experience. If you have any specific requests or preferences for a vehicle upgrade, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to fulfill them.
The company reserves the right to offer additional vehicle upgrades at its discretion, beyond those mentioned previously, without any obligation.
Cancellation and Refund:
You have the right to cancel your VIP Account membership at any time. Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable.
If you find our service unsatisfactory for any reason, we offer a guarantee that ensures the reimbursement of the remaining credit in your account. If you request a balance refund after any period and regardless of how many trips you have completed with us, the applied promotions (BONUS) will be excluded, and the amount used for services provided up to the current date will be deducted in full from the initial credit of £5,000.
We understand the importance of providing excellent service to our VIP Accounts, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you wish to cancel your membership and request a reimbursement, please send your request by email to our customer support team. We will acknowledge your request within a maximum of 7 days.
Once the request is accepted, we will process the refund within 10 working days from that date (working days mean Monday to Friday), ensuring a prompt resolution. We value your trust in us and strive to meet and exceed your expectations. Please note that the membership fee is non-refundable.

General Terms:
By proceeding to order the VIP Account, you (the customer) agree to comply with our website’s Terms and Conditions and our VIP Account Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the guidelines and obligations associated with being a customer and/or member of Excel Chauffeurs.
By placing an order for our VIP Account, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least over 18 years old.
By proceeding to obtain a VIP Account, you (the customer) agree to pay the membership fee in advance for a 1-year membership or monthly. This fee is non-refundable. In addition, you are required to provide us with your full contact details, including your full name, contact number, and email address.
Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in our inability to assist you further. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. By supplying your email address and your phone number, you permit Excel Chauffeurs to contact you via email and by phone, in return we promise never to supply your email or your phone number to any third party.
Upon registering for the VIP Account and obtaining your VIP Account access, a payment of £5,000 in advance (deposit) is required to be able to benefit from the promotion. This amount will serve as credit to be utilized for your chauffeur service needs, providing you with exclusive benefits and discounts. By making this payment, you agree to utilize the credit for your transportation needs and understand that it will not be refunded in full (if travel credit was used), should you be unsatisfied with our service. By making this payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
This is an exclusive promotion available to a select number of individuals at our discretion. We reserve the right to conclude this offer at any time.
Please note that these promotions can be terminated at any time at our sole discretion. However, any such changes will not affect those customers who have already been granted benefits for their respective monthly membership. These customers will continue to enjoy their benefits until the end of that particular month.
Additionally, in the event that these promotions are terminated prematurely, customers who have paid their membership fees for an annual duration will be refunded pro-rata for the remaining months. We will calculate this based on the difference between the date of termination and the original end date of the membership. This ensures fair and equitable treatment for all members.
As part of our responsibility to adhere to legal regulations, please note that the complimentary alcoholic drinks offered in the VIP Account promotion are strictly for individuals who are 18 years old or above. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to request identification documents to verify the age of any passenger who wishes to consume alcoholic beverages during the journey.
We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients and aim to promote responsible alcohol consumption.
