An events chauffeur service takes you to and from the occasion. That might be Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Goodwood or Silverstone. Equally, it might be a gala dinner, an awards night, a conference at ExCeL or a private party. Your licensed, suited chauffeur drops you at the entrance and waits nearby. When you are ready, the car is back at the door. Excel Chauffeurs charges from £72 per hour including VAT, with a four-hour minimum. Unused hours are not refunded and cannot be carried over to another booking. A full day is £528 in a Mercedes E-Class. In a First Class S-Class, BMW 7 Series or six-passenger V-Class it is £672. An out-of-town day with 150 miles included is £768. Above all, every events chauffeur price is fixed before you book.
