We work from the details your flight department, broker or handling agent gives us (tail number, FBO, ETA) and position the car for the aircraft, not the timetable. Passengers step off the jet, into the FBO lounge and straight into a Mercedes S-Class, V-Class or Range Rover with their luggage already loaded. The same team handles corporate roadshows and VIP meet and greet at Heathrow and Gatwick, so a whole itinerary can sit with one operator.

How a private jet collection works

Arrivals

• Send us the tail number or flight ID, the FBO and the scheduled arrival. We confirm the chauffeur’s name and mobile number in advance so the handling agent can pass it to the crew.
• We track the aircraft and liaise with the FBO on the day. Your chauffeur is in position 15 minutes before the estimated arrival, with 30 minutes of complimentary waiting from the actual landing time.
• Where the airport and FBO permit airside access, the car is brought to the aircraft steps under the handling agent’s escort. Otherwise your chauffeur meets you in the FBO lounge, takes the luggage and brings the car to the door.
• Passengers are driven directly to the hotel, office or onward destination. Multi-stop and as-directed hire is available if the day continues.

Departures

• We collect from any London address and drive to the FBO door. Business aviation security is completed in the terminal, usually in minutes, so we time the pickup to your slot rather than a two-hour check-in.
• If the slot moves, tell us or the handling agent and the chauffeur adjusts. There is no charge for changes made before the chauffeur is en route.

Private jet transfer prices

Every journey is a fixed quote, inclusive of VAT, given before you book. One-way minimums below cover the first 5 miles; airport journeys are quoted by distance. Airport parking and, where relevant, the Congestion Charge are itemised in the quote, never added afterwards.

Private jet transfers: questions we are asked

Can the car meet us at the aircraft?

At most business aviation terminals, yes, subject to the FBO’s airside rules and the handling agent escorting the vehicle. Tell us at the time of booking and we arrange it with the FBO; where it is not permitted, the chauffeur meets you inside the lounge, which is typically a 30-second walk from the apron.

What if the aircraft is delayed?

We track the flight and the chauffeur moves with it. Thirty minutes of waiting after landing is included; beyond that, waiting is charged as additional time at the vehicle’s hourly rate and shown on your invoice.

Do you transport crew as well as passengers?

Yes. Crew transfers to hotels and back to the aircraft are usually booked as separate journeys in an E-Class or V-Class, so the principals’ car is never delayed.

Can you transfer between a private terminal and a commercial flight?

Yes. FBO to Heathrow, Gatwick or any commercial terminal is a fixed one-way quote, and we can add Fast Track VIP meet and greet at Heathrow or Gatwick for the commercial leg.

How much notice do you need?

We can usually cover a private jet transfer with two hours’ notice, 24 hours a day. For airside access requests, multiple cars or Range Rover and Jet Class vehicles, book the day before where possible.
