In the arrivals hall, by the exit from customs, holding a name board. Luton has a single terminal, used by Wizz Air, easyJet, Ryanair and TUI, so every arriving passenger comes through the same hall. You will not need the DART people-mover that links the terminal to Luton Airport Parkway station: on landing you receive a text with your chauffeur’s name and mobile number, and the chauffeur helps with your luggage to the car in the short-stay car park. Departures: collection from your door at the time you choose and drop-off at the departures forecourt; tell us your flight time and we will recommend a collection time. Our airside Fast Track VIP Meet & Greet (£480 for up to two passengers, booked 24 hours ahead) is offered at Heathrow and Gatwick only; at Luton the standard arrivals-hall meet and greet is included in every price.
Luton is about 34 miles north-west of Central London; outside the peaks the drive to Mayfair and the West End takes 60–80 minutes. St Albans is 25–35 minutes away and is a common fixed transfer for meetings and for guests staying outside town. Every journey is a fixed price, so a slow motorway costs you nothing extra.

60 minutes free from landing at the terminal and 30 minutes at the private-jet terminals. If it takes longer, the extra time is added as waiting at your car’s hourly rate — you will never be left without a car.
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, every day of the year, at the same fixed prices, so a 6 a.m. departure or a midnight arrival costs the same as a midday one.
Yes. Booster seats are free; baby and child seats are £25 per seat. Tell us the children’s ages when booking.
More than 24 hours before pickup you are refunded in full (bookings over £750 carry a 3% admin fee). Under 24 hours, 50% is non-refundable; under 12 hours, non-refundable. For £25, Cancellation Protection lets you cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup. Full terms are on our terms page.
