Every Range Rover price includes 20% VAT; there is no meter and the price is fixed before you book. Hourly hire includes 20 miles, an 8-hour day includes 60 miles, and airport transfers are fixed one-way prices with meet and greet, 60 minutes’ free waiting and live flight tracking included.

Added at cost and shown in your quote before you confirm: airport parking, terminal drop-off charges and the £18 TfL Congestion Charge where the journey enters Central London. Nothing is billed after the journey; pay by Visa, Mastercard or Amex. You sit higher than in any saloon, so you see over the traffic, and getting in and out is a step across rather than a drop down — a real advantage for older passengers and for anyone in evening dress. The long-wheelbase Autobiography gives the rear cabin generous legroom, leather seats, climate control, Wi-Fi, phone chargers, bottled water, mints and an umbrella; some of our Range Rovers also have rear screens. Its all-weather ability means a wet gravel drive, a muddy showground car park or a snowy morning is not a problem. Up to three passengers travel with two large suitcases and two cabin bags. Every Range Rover we run is under five years old and valeted daily.
Yes. Heathrow to Central London is a fixed £330 in either direction, including meet and greet in the arrivals hall with a name board, a text on landing, live flight tracking and 60 minutes’ free waiting; parking is added at cost inside the quote. Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Farnborough are fixed one-way prices quoted online in seconds — see all airport transfers. At Heathrow and Gatwick you can add Fast Track VIP Meet & Greet (£480 for up to two passengers, booked 24 hours ahead).
Choose the Range Rover for the raised seat, the all-weather ability and the presence of an SUV, and for any day that leaves the tarmac. Choose the Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series (£90 per hour, Heathrow £180) for the classic First Class saloon at a lower price, or the S500/S580 First Exclusive (£102 per hour) for the newest saloon in the fleet. All take the same luggage — two large suitcases and two cabin bags; the S-Class and 7 Series seat up to four passengers (three in the rear), the S500/S580 and the Range Rover up to three.

More than 24 hours before pickup you are refunded in full (bookings over £750 carry a 3% admin fee). Under 24 hours, 50% is non-refundable; under 12 hours, non-refundable. For £25, Cancellation Protection lets you cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup. Full terms are on our terms page.
