The British social and sporting season runs from the Six Nations in February to the Goodwood Revival in September, while the film festival, the NFL games, the autumn internationals and Christmas shopping fill the months in between. This London events calendar lists the events our clients book most, with verified dates for the next 12 months as well as a link to our guide where we have one. Every event can be booked either as a fixed-price transfer, by the hour (from £72, 4-hour minimum) or as a full day (from £528 in London, £768 out of town, including VAT). Dates come from each organiser’s official site, and we update them as soon as new editions are announced.
How to use the London events calendar: first, pick the event, then tell us the number of passengers and where you are starting from, and we confirm a fixed price in writing. For race days, Wimbledon and Silverstone we know the official drop-off points and traffic plans; for the big weekends, in particular, we recommend booking four to eight weeks ahead.
Our chauffeurs cover every London events calendar date below, so simply tell us the fixture, the pick-up address and the passenger count.
December is short on the London events calendar but busy on the road, so we suggest booking Christmas shopping days and New Year’s Eve cars early.
From here the London events calendar runs almost weekly until Wimbledon, so we recommend booking Chelsea, Royal Ascot and Henley cars early.
July is motorsport month on the London events calendar, so we plan Silverstone and Goodwood runs around the official traffic plans.
