Choose chauffeur hire by the hour for several stops, full-day hire for a longer itinerary, or a one-way transfer for a direct journey. Executive E-Class hire starts at £72 per hour with a four-hour minimum of £288, or £528 for an eight-hour day. One-way transfers start at £120. All these starting prices include 20% VAT.
Our fleet includes the Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, six-passenger Mercedes V-Class, Range Rover and Senzati Jet Class. Choose your car around the people and luggage travelling with you. The Mercedes E-Class offers Executive travel, while the Mercedes S-Class is a First Class option. The Mercedes V-Class carries up to six passengers; the Range Rover and Senzati Jet Class offer further choices. We use available commercial-flight arrival information to plan your collection. Tell us if your flight number changes or you are delayed in baggage reclaim or immigration. For Farnborough and other private-jet transfers, we agree the meeting point with the handling agent and include 30 minutes of waiting. Private flights cannot always be monitored, so you or your operator should keep us updated on arrival changes.

How much does a chauffeur service in London cost?
Excel Chauffeurs charges from £72 per hour for an Executive Mercedes E-Class, with a four-hour minimum of £288. What happens if my flight is delayed or lands early?
We use available commercial-flight information to plan collections around arrival changes. Commercial-flight collections include 60 minutes of waiting after landing. Private jets include 30 minutes; private flights cannot always be monitored, so you or your operator should keep us updated. If your flight number changes or you are delayed after landing, contact our team or your chauffeur. Additional waiting may be chargeable; confirm any extension and its cost with us.
Is the London Congestion Charge included in the price?
Applicable Congestion Charge, airport parking and drop-off fees are added at cost to your quote before you confirm. Check the quoted inclusions for your exact journey. If you change your route, add stops or need extra waiting or booked time, additional charges may apply; discuss the revised total with our team.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
For commercial flights at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City, your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board. At Farnborough and other private terminals, the meeting point is agreed with your handling agent. Keep the mobile number on your booking available and follow your collection instructions. If you cannot find your chauffeur, call 0204 515 4441. Standard chauffeur collection is separate from our pre-booked VIP Meet & Greet assistance at Heathrow or Gatwick.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Most journeys can be booked with as little as two hours’ notice, 24 hours a day. For airport collections, event days and multi-car bookings we recommend booking as early as you can to secure your preferred vehicle. VIP Meet & Greet must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. One-way and airport transfers cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full (bookings over £750 carry a 3% admin fee). Under 24 hours, 50% is non-refundable; under 12 hours, the booking is non-refundable. For £25 you can add Cancellation Protection and cancel free up to 4 hours before pickup. Amendments are handled by phone, email or through your online account or the app.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Booster seats are provided free of charge on request. Baby seats and child seats are £25 per seat, per booking, and are shown in your quote. Request the seat when booking and provide your child’s age and size so we can confirm the appropriate option. Check the fitting arrangements with our team before travel. Children count as passengers when choosing your vehicle.
Are your chauffeurs licensed and vetted?
Yes. Excel Chauffeurs is a licensed private hire operator (TfL, Castle Point and Hertsmere) and every chauffeur holds a private hire driver licence, is DBS-checked and has a minimum of three years’ chauffeur experience; some are also defensive-driving trained. Chauffeurs are suited, never use a phone while driving and treat your privacy as a matter of course.

Greater London and all six London airports 24/7, plus the Home Counties and day trips or business travel anywhere in the UK. Out-of-town hire starts at £96 per hour with an 8-hour minimum and 150 miles included. Corporate clients can open an invoiced business account with ex-VAT pricing.
