Before you book: cancellations, mileage and requests
Cancellation policy
More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund (bookings over £750 carry the 3% admin fee, which is non-refundable). Under 24 hours: 50% refunded. Under 12 hours: non-refundable.
Add Cancellation Protection for £25 when you book and cancel free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. Full details in our Terms & Conditions, clause 4.
Hourly hire in London
The 4-hour package includes 20 miles within Greater London, with a further 10 miles included for every extra hour.
Airport transfers to or from Heathrow and London City with a pick-up or drop-off in Zones 1–2 are covered within the package. See chauffeur by the hour.
Day trips outside London
8-hour minimum with 150 miles included, plus 25 miles for every extra hour. Covers tours outside London and transfers to or from any UK airport.

Oversized luggage or a special request?

Under private-hire law a journey arranged directly with a driver is illegal and is not covered by our insurance if there is an accident. Book through our official channels — this website, the app, by phone or by email — so you are always protected.
All prices include VAT. Every cancellation is handled under our published policy; the 3% admin fee is included in every booking and is not refundable.
