We regularly serve guests of The Berkeley, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, The Lanesborough and the Bulgari Hotel, and collect from residences across Belgravia’s squares and Chelsea’s streets between the King’s Road and the river. Pickup points at each hotel are agreed with the concierge in advance, so the chauffeur is on the forecourt or at the door rather than circling. Harrods on Brompton Road and Harvey Nichols at the top of Sloane Street have no forecourt where a car can stand, so the chauffeur agrees a collection door with you and returns to it when you call or message; this is why hourly hire, with the chauffeur nearby, works better than a car booked for a fixed time.

A shopping trip is booked by the hour, from £72 with a four-hour minimum and 20 miles included, and it runs as one loop rather than a series of separate cars. The chauffeur drops you at Harrods, takes the first bags back to the car, waits nearby, moves to Harvey Nichols or Sloane Street when you message, and finishes with lunch or the return to the hotel. Bags stay locked in the boot between stops: the E-Class takes two large suitcases and two cabin bags, the V-Class six large and four cabin bags. Four hours typically covers Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Sloane Street; a day that adds Bond Street and Mount Street in Mayfair is often better as a full day at £528 for eight hours with 60 miles.

Heathrow is the most common transfer from Knightsbridge, usually 40–55 minutes outside the peaks along the A4 and M4, and is a fixed price by car class including VAT, meet and greet with a name board, live flight tracking and 60 minutes of free waiting from landing. Gatwick, usually 70–95 minutes, and Stansted, Luton, London City and Farnborough are quoted when you book. The City is 30–45 minutes and is normally a one-way transfer from £120. Airport parking, tolls and the £18 Congestion Charge, where it applies, are added at cost into the quote before you confirm; nothing is billed afterwards.
