Chelsea Flower Show 2027 dates and ticket days
The RHS Chelsea Flower Show runs from 18 to 22 May 2027. The official RHS schedule lists:- Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 May – RHS Members’ days, 8am–8pm.
- Thursday 20 to Saturday 22 May – public days; Thursday and Friday 8am–8pm, Saturday closing at 5.30pm.
- Friday 21 May – Chelsea Late, 5.30pm–10pm.
- Saturday 22 May – the Great Plant Sell Off, 4pm–5.30pm.
Drop-off and collection around Royal Hospital Chelsea
The current RHS accessibility guide identifies Bull Ring Gate on Chelsea Embankment, SW3 4LW, for taxi drop-off and pickup. This does not guarantee the same access for every private-hire vehicle. Our hourly hire has a four-hour minimum and includes 20 miles in Greater London. A four-hour booking must cover the driving and waiting as well as your time at the show. For illustration, a 09:30–13:30 booking might be planned as follows:- 09:30 – collection from a Mayfair home or hotel.
- Arrival – drop-off at the agreed permitted point, allowing time for traffic, walking and entry.
- During your visit – the chauffeur waits at a lawful location within the booked period.
- Return – leave enough time for collection and the drive to your final stop before the agreed finish time.

Combining the show with lunch in Chelsea
Include a restaurant stop on Sloane Street, the King’s Road or elsewhere in your requested itinerary. Allow for traffic, parking and the meal itself rather than assuming they fit inside four hours. The car remains available within the agreed booking; an extension depends on availability and the confirmed rate. Current additional hourly rates are £72 for an E-Class and £90 for First Class, which may be a Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series. RHS lists the Great Plant Sell Off for Saturday 22 May, 4pm–5.30pm. Ask the exhibitor about the availability, release and collection arrangements for any purchase. Tell us beforehand if you hope to take plants home, including likely dimensions, pot sizes, passenger numbers and other luggage. A Mercedes V-Class may suit some loads, but usable space depends on the vehicle and seating required. Confirm suitability, protective packaging and loading arrangements with the team before buying bulky items; neither a particular vehicle nor safe carriage of every plant can be assumed.
