A corporate chauffeur account in London with Excel Chauffeurs is for companies, family offices, law and finance firms, agencies and production companies that book chauffeurs regularly and want one supplier, one invoice and one number to call. Account rates are quoted ex VAT — a Mercedes E-Class is £60 per hour and £120 from Heathrow to central London — and are invoiced per trip, weekly or monthly with your PO numbers and cost codes on every line. What a business account includes
- Ex-VAT pricing. Account holders are quoted our published prices with the 20% VAT shown separately, so an E-Class is £60 per hour, £440 for an eight-hour day and £120 Heathrow to central London before VAT. Negotiated rates are available for regular or multi-car bookings.
- Invoicing to suit your finance team. Per trip, weekly or monthly, with the passenger name, PO number, cost code and journey detail on each line, and VAT itemised for reclaim. Payment by Visa, Mastercard or American Express is also available.
- Book for others. EAs, PAs and travel managers book for colleagues, visiting executives and clients in the app or by email, with the confirmation sent to the booker and the passenger.
- One coordinator. A named contact who knows your travellers, preferred cars and billing, backed by a 24/7 operations team for changes in the night or at the weekend.

- Confidentiality. Chauffeurs sign your NDA on request, cars are unmarked, and every chauffeur is licensed and enhanced DBS-checked with a minimum of three years’ chauffeur experience.

Corporate account rates (ex VAT)
Account prices are our published prices with the 20% VAT removed; VAT is added and itemised on the invoice. Hourly hire has a four-hour minimum with 20 miles included and 10 miles for each extra hour; a full day is eight hours with 60 miles. Out-of-town hire is £96 per hour including VAT (£80 ex VAT) with an eight-hour minimum and 150 miles included. Airport parking, the £18 Congestion Charge and tolls are passed through at cost and shown on the quote before the booking is confirmed. Published inc-VAT prices are on our prices page.
Long-running arrangements — a seconded executive with a daily chauffeur, or a car on standby for a project — are priced as long-term chauffeur hire. How to open a corporate chauffeur account
- Apply. Send us the company name, registered address, VAT number, the person who will manage bookings and the invoicing frequency you want through our contact page. Tell us if you need PO numbers or cost codes on invoices.
- Approval. Accounts are subject to approval and references. Until an account is open, bookings can be made straight away on a company card at the published inc-VAT prices.
- Set-up. We add your bookers and travellers to the account, record preferences — car class, a preferred chauffeur, a female chauffeur, child seats, NDA requirements — and assign your coordinator.
- Book. By app, email, phone or WhatsApp, 24/7. Each journey is confirmed with a fixed price before it runs, and the invoice reflects what actually ran.

How do I open a corporate account?
Send your company details and how you would like to be invoiced through our contact page or call 0204 515 4441. Approval is subject to references; while that is in progress you can book on a company card straight away.
Can we have PO numbers and cost codes on invoices?
Yes. Tell us the format when the account is opened, and add the PO number or cost code to each booking; it appears on the matching invoice line.
Can my assistant book for me and for visitors?
Yes. Bookers on the account can book for any traveller in the app or by email, and the confirmation goes to both the booker and the passenger.
Do you offer corporate discounts?
Account rates are our published prices ex VAT, and we agree negotiated rates for regular or multi-car bookings. We do not publish a discount table; send us your expected volume and we will quote.
Will chauffeurs sign our NDA?
Yes. Send it with the account application or with a booking and each assigned chauffeur signs before the first pickup. Discretion is a condition of working with us in any case.
What happens if a chauffeur is late?
Our On-Time Guarantee gives a partial refund on a published sliding scale if the chauffeur is late, and a full refund if you cancel after a delay of more than 15 minutes.
What are the cancellation terms?
One-way and airport transfers cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup are refunded in full (bookings over £750 carry a 3% admin fee); under 24 hours 50% is non-refundable, and under 12 hours the booking is non-refundable. Cancellation Protection at £25 per booking allows free cancellation up to four hours before pickup.
